Type A Planning | Events

The Wedding Salon show at the Beverly Hills Hotel last night was a blast! Henry Chen Photography and I had a great time talking to guests of the show. We met some really great people and even got to see a few of our friends! Thanks to Chris, Heather, Susan, and Sarah for stopping by our booth to see everything and to say hi! Big thanks to Angela, Ray, Solana, and Henry’s parents for helping us throughout the day. We really appreciate the support and we felt the love with our close friends and family showing up to see us!

We had a beautifully set up table with a black, white, silver, and pink theme. The paisely print linen was really sharp against the silver chargers, fuscia dupioni silk linen napkins, and tall varied pink arrangement. The chair flower cones were a great touch to accent the silver chivari chairs with black cushions.

The lounge seating was our way of showing how you can incorporate the fun, comfy club chair setting, with the elegant, classic, and modern setting with the table. They played off each other beautifully.

The shelf we brought in helped us add all the detail with candlelighting, varied vessles for decor, beautiful smaller florals, wedding stationary sets, and framed prints of Henry’s work. I also loved the large canvas prints that Henry brought in. How special would it be to have prints like these hanging in your house or your parents’ homes?

Henry Chen Photography and Type A Planning are providing their wedding services on the event day only, additional items or upgrades will be the responsibility of the winning couple. The winning couple will be required to sign a contract with each company. The grand prize is offered to the winning couple using both Type A Planning and Henry Chen Photography for the same event/day. Giveaway is subject to Type A Planning and Henry Chen Photography availability, and must be claimed within 30 days of announcement.
