We were off on a little rest and relaxation / researching excursion in Santa Barbara. It was so nice to get a little bit of down time since lately its been so crazy busy. I discovered a couple of potential wedding locations while out there.
The first one was the St Barbara Greek Orthodox Church.

This gorgeous location has a large courtyard where you can set up for the ceremony, with the backdrop of the church in its greek architecture style. In addition, they have a large events center where you can hold a large reception. We saw it on a beautiful sunny summer day and it was perfect and set the romantic tone for a wedding.
The second is the Crossroads estate, now known as the Firestone Winery in Los Olivos. This place has a beautiful lawn and rustic barn. You can hold your ceremony outside under the great oak tree, then set up your cozy lounge and bar area on another part of the lawn, and finally settling in inside the rustic barn to enjoy the reception and partying the night away.
